We are a father and son team here at John Gustafson Insurance. While working with the family can have its draw backs, like spending way too much time together, it allows us to always confront and fix problems! There are no hiding issues under the rug or hoping you call back and have someone else fix the problem, which is what often happens at larger companies. We have been working together long enough to known making the customer satisfied is number one. We are holding the J.D. Power and Associates award for customer service for our main carrier, Pemco Insurance!
John Gustafson- Owner and second generation agent. My father, Frank Gustafson, started our agency back in 1957 out of his home while working for the Fife school district. I started working for my father shortly after coming home from Oregon Tech University, playing basketball for their team. I’ve been with Pemco, our main carrier, for 34 years and have learned a few things along the way!
Jeremy Gustafson- Third generation agent. I’ve been working with my father for nine years. After graduating from High School, I started working part-time for my father while attending Green River Community College. When I transferred to the University of Washington, I continued working part-time for him. After graduating with a B. A. In Psychology, I started working full time for my father and haven’t looked back since.
I enjoy building, fixing, and modifying computers and other electronics on my off hours. If I’m not at the office, I’m more than likely tinkering with computers. Often helping family, friends, and customers a like with any computer issues they run into.
